Perkins
Saturday, 6 December 2003
So it is about 4:40am and it is technically Saturday, plus I wrote one for yesturday I wrote one. Ok the entry starts really late, and kind of weirdly. So I am upstairs talking with a bunch of horny gals, not going to mention names, but you know who you are. Anyway, they are bitching about past flames and their loneliness. After much talk, they deside they are hungry and we go to Perkins. They think that there will be hot guys there to hook up with. Anyway, we get there and it is around 3 in the morning, and the place is packed. I have never seen a resturaunt this busy. The waitress says that it is usually busier. We take her word for it. I guess there were a couple hot guys there, I don't know, I was looking for women, and yeah, not so much. We order our food. Yeah, almost all of the girls order chocolate shakes because it is apparently a subtitute for sex. This gets me thinking, what do guys have? Girls have chocolate, and guys have... I have no idea. If you do, let me know. There is probably something, but I just don't realize it. Anyway, they order the shakes, with fries. I order breakfast pigs in a blanket which is sausage wrapped in pancakes. You only get three, but three is more than enough. The pancakes were a lot bigger than I thought they would be.

Then more drunks enter the place. Two creepy old guy sit at the booth next to us and go on talking about our food to us. Then they notice I am the only guy at a table full of women. They tell me how cool that is, and talk more about my pigs in a blanket. Then one of the girls says pigs in a blanket are when you take a piece of bread and cut a hole in the middle and put an egg in it. You toast it up and eat it. I have never hear of this, but I know it is not a pig in a blanket. Pigs in a blanket, I thought, was a hot dog of sorts like a cocktail weiner wrapped in a croisant. Then one of the guys that is sitting in a booth behind us pops his head up and reachs for the fries on one of the plates. We didn't care since we were done eating, but I thought it was incredibly funny. It creeped some of the girls out, and the others didn't care. They didn't care so much, that they ended up joining them and started talking. The rest of us just sat there feeling left out, and kept talking about how freaking they were. Even though there were a lot of freaky people there, I thought it was a great time. I would love to do it again, since we got to see more uniqueness of Oshkosh. Thats it for now, until next time...
