Texas Chainsaw Massacre

| | So I decided to see the remake of Texas Chainsaw Massacre. I don't understand why remakes must be constantly made. Can't think of enough original ideas? Anyway, dispite my attitude to remakes, I actually liked it. I saw this documentary on horror movie compared to real life and this made this movie really scary. I don't know if they ment to take that view point, but it worked. The realism in this movie scared the shit out of me. Put yourself in their shoes. I mean, what would you do if you picked up a hitchhicker and she fucking blows her own head off. This was right at the beginning, so I didn't ruin too much. Or if you were being chased my a chainsaw weilding maniac after you. That would be scary as hell. Overall the movie was made very well. I haven't seen the original, but I have seen enough clips to know some differences and simularities. I think it was remade very well. I recommend it, but beware of the gore.
